It all started in March of 2006 back when blogs were still catching on and there weren't any Seattle Condo blogs at the time.
Having been a condo buyer, owner, resident, HOA board member, and Seattle condo Realtor, I decided it might be fun to publish a few reviews to the web and did my first post on the planned South Lake Union condos on March 14, 2006.
I then started adding new reviews every few days whenever I'd cover a new building for a client or for my own research as a Seattle condo realtor. Since then, the SCR has become a pretty well known authority on Seattle condos. We publish new posts at least once a week (often more than that) and are thrilled to know that the SCR attracts thousands of condo buyer and seller readers every month!
In August of 2012, Marco Kronen, a fellow Seattle Condo Realtor whom I've worked with for many years, joined the SCR as a guest author. Marco brings a ton of experience and perspective to the blog and I'm thrilled to have him on the team.
