Insignia Seattle Releases Visual Tour

Insignia Seattle, the new construction condo building currently under construction in Belltown, just released the Visual Tour feature on their website.

Visual Tour

It is a neat way to help you visualize the interior spaces, the amenities,  and how the building spatially sits in the neighborhood. It flies you around the towers so you can see how they will be situated in comparison to other buildings in the neighborhood, the Lake and the Puget Sound.

You also get to fly around  the amenity renderings such as the Lobby, Fitness Atrium, 7th Floor Terrace with its BBQs, green space, and lounging areas,  Lap Pool and Spa, Screening Room, and the 41st Floor Resident Lounge (which looked like a pretty nice space).

They also give a peek in some of the residences themselves.

PERSPECTIVE - KITCHEN LOFT VIEW-Rev

And here is what they had to say about the building: "Here’s a first look of a development your clients might be interested in buying: the interior renderings of the boutique, 20-unit Solo Lofts condos coming to downtown Ballard. Redfin, a real estate brokerage headquartered in Seattle, is partnering with InHaus to sell the condos. Solo Lofts units will range from 500 to 1,200 square feet, with floor-to-ceiling windows and polished concrete floors. The ceilings are more than 9 feet for regular units and 18 feet for two penthouse units. The building is targeting a Built Green 4-star rating; it will use sustainably-sourced construction materials, low-maintenance metal cladding and solar panels. Construction is slated to begin in early 2014, at 2018 NW 57th St. in downtown Ballard."

We will likely have even more information after the private launch event on Wednesday and will pass along any new news.
