Seattle Condo Tidbits

Hope everyone had a nice 4th of July.  Here are some interesting stories from around the web that caught my eye.

  • Fire Sprinkler Installers strike and slow construction
Not sure too many buyers are gonna be disappointed given our plentiful market inventory.
  • Countrywide might get its licensed pulled in WA for alleged predatory practices.
  • Lincoln Square expansion delayed.
Probably a welcome delay for most of us given the condo supply glut.
  • Expo 62 sold for $48M and to be used as a rental property.
