Brix condos had their spring open house last week. I didn’t attend but managed to make a quick stop while I was in the neighborhood today. The presentation center was redesigned to showcase a full model home minus the bathroom for their Belmont 1A floor plan. Even though it is not complete, it is still helpful for home buyers considering this floor plan to get an idea of the space.
