Fifteen Twenty-One-1521 receives 14 awards
Fifteen Twenty-One, the high rise condo project which broke ground a few months ago on 2nd and Pike has been awarded 14 National and Regional awards by the National Association for Home builders (NAHB). The awards will be announced February 7, 2007. The awards also include the prestigous "Attached Community of the Year."
Unlike the common balcony which you will find in most high rise condos, Fifteen Twenty One's units feature a unique glass solorium, where a large patio can be opened to the exterior serving it as a terrace or enclosed sun room. Another distinctive difference is that the building does not have studio or one bedroom floor plans. Their smallest two bedroom units start at approximately 1,600 square feet making for a very exclusive and residential building (perhaps with less ownership churn as well).

If someone has the P&S contract but would like to get out or sell, I would be interested to take over at 1521.
Thanks,
